Le meilleur des professeurs

C’est en fait une conversation entendue il n’y a pas si longtemps qui a donné à penser au sens de ce récit. Peut-être que le thème présenté vous donnera à penser à une parcelle du quotidien : celui d’un milieu où les gens qui y travaillent sont à implanter des programmes comme IAB/IHAB.

Le sujet discuté lors de ladite conversation : L’éducation ou la transmission des connaissances. Et, l’oreille entend « la méthode socratique », voire la dialectique. Les propos exprimés : l’expert en la matière enseigné et l’expert en enseignement, semblaient valser. D’une perception à l’autre.

Orchestration

Cette fois, ce sont de récents travaux de rénovation qui ont donné le ton. Comme en témoigne l’activité, de l’importance de la synchronicité dans une équipe de travail.

La coordination et l’harmonisation de l’horaire sont soulignées. De même que la place occupée par chaque manœuvre. Prêtant ainsi un air fluide au déroulement des opérations, à l’orchestration des travaux pour avoir comme dénouement ; le parachèvement du projet de la famille.

Un sentiment d’harmonie

Ce temps-ci de l’année se prête à la participation à la formation continue. Sous forme de conférence ou cours ; en classe, en salle ou devant l’écran. Plusieurs s’enthousiasment à l’idée d’y assister.

Être de l’activité de transmission de connaissances comme assister à une conférence laisse certes pensif et motivé. Cette occasion de prendre part aux activités d’enrichissement professionnel s’offre naturellement à ceux et celles qui travaillent à l’instauration de programmes qualité tels que l’IAB/IHAB.

Rempli, un sac de voyage est prêt à partir à l’aventure durant le long weekend. Son contenu : tous les articles nécessaires pour les activités prévues lors du séjour. Voilà d’où est venue l’idée pour ce billet.

Le sac ; appelons le « bagage » pour servir d’illustration. Dans mon coin de pays, le bagage contient les articles dont l’usage est avantageux à l’activité en question. Il accompagne les gens en voyage, en conférence ou même en route vers un établissement de soins en périnatalité pour la naissance de bébé. — Un établissement de santé en train de voir à l’implantation d’indicateurs de programme-qualité tel que l’Initiative Hôpitaux amis des bébés (IHAB)/l’Initiative Amis des bébés (IAB), peut-être.

Sur la corde à linge.

Il faisait un beau temps cette semaine. La température, parfaite pour étendre la lessive dehors, sur la corde à linge. Suspendue, la literie sèche au soleil et voltige au vent pour ensuite être disposée sur le lit.

La fraîcheur d’un lit confortable invite certes au repos. Rien de tel après une journée passée à jardiner et à se promener dehors.
