Fréquenter le musée nous donne un air gai. Cela fait longtemps qu’il y a eu des sorties, en ville. Le trajet aller-retour fut animé par le bruit retentissant des klaxons de voitures et amena une discussion sur les perceptions ; bref, sur la facilité à distinguer l’intention des autres conducteurs par les coups de klaxon, plus précisément par la cadence du résonnement. Le degré de similarité dans notre vision des choses, voire des intentions prêtées, déclencha un sourire amusé. De là, le ton de cette contribution hebdomadaire trouva son chemin.
Travailler à implanter des programmes qualité tels que IHAB/IAB peut donner l’occasion au personnel soignant de prendre part à des activités de formation qui contribuent à une compréhension plus approfondie des compétences de la communication aidante. Une approche de counseling centrée sur la famille, par exemple. Apportant ainsi une sensibilisation aux impressions qui peuvent être déduites à partir du ton utilisé dans les conversations avec les dyades mères/parents-enfants.
La tonalité des propos peut aider à indiquer l’intention du personnel : soutenir le mère/parent dans l’atteinte de son objectif d’allaitement. Le ton peut laisser place à un sentiment général de respect. Et, certes, favoriser l’état de réceptivité au partage d’informations. Une approche qui tient compte des besoins individuels de la dyade et du contexte socioculturel peut contribuer au sentiment de respect par la lisibilité des intentions.
De nombreuses personnes peuvent servir de modèles tout au cours du processus d’implantation de programmes d’amélioration des soins. Nourrir les compétences en matière de communication efficace. En prêtant l’oreille aux conversations qui dénotent l’intention sur un ton de respect. Ensuite, en arrêtant son regard sur les réponses des dyades aux expressions verbales, et en vérifiant les impressions soulevées. Et, vraisemblablement, reconnaître la portée du sentiment d’autonomisation des dyades. En conclusion, l’appréciation d’une communication aidante peut soutenir la dyade à gagner en confiance dans son parcours d’allaitement.
