Alors que l’IHAB fournit de nombreuses ressources pour expliquer et évaluer les compétences nécessaires au personnel pour mettre en œuvre les 10 étapes pour un allaitement réussi, les révisions de 2018 se concentrent moins sur la prescription de programmes et de formats de cours que les itérations précédentes. Ce changement est globalement conforme à une plus grande concentration sur les mesures basées sur les résultats et un engagement envers des processus d'amélioration continue de la qualité, plutôt que sur des mesures qui peuvent être moins significatives, même si elles sont familières.

En effet, nous avons tous eu l'expérience d'une heure ou deux de séminaire qui a changé notre perspective ou notre pratique de manière significative - et sans aucun doute, la plupart d'entre nous ont également eu l'expérience inverse d'une formation de plusieurs jours qui n'a pas inspiré autre chose qu'un désir pour sortir de là!

Alors que le personnel vient à la formation de l’IHAB avec des expériences et des antécédents très différents, l'importance critique des connaissances et des compétences dans la formation BFHI signifie qu'il devrait être rare qu'un participant parte sans quelques moments de révélation.

Étant donné que cette formation est si souvent la première occasion d'en savoir plus sur la contribution des participantes aux résultats positifs de l'allaitement, il est particulièrement important de choisir une formation qui réponde aux besoins immédiats du personnel et offre des voies vers une croissance et une compréhension plus poussées.

L’IHAB, comme tout changement à l'échelle du système, a besoin de champions à tous les niveaux et la formation initiale est souvent le lieu où les graines sont semées.

Quel que soit le format des cours que vous choisissez pour vous-même ou votre personnel, réfléchissez à la manière dont le programme est lié à ce qu'ils savent déjà et à la passion que l’IHAB peut susciter. Tirez parti de l'énergie qui suit souvent l'apprentissage de ces compétences et idées en aidant le personnel à établir des liens et à se soutenir mutuellement pendant qu'ils terminent leur formation et se traduisent dans leur pratique quotidienne. Quelques idées:

  • Le cinéma est puissant pour lier connaissance et émotion : pensez à proposer des projections de films comme Milk de Noemi Weis ou Tigers de Danis Tanovic pour engager et inspirer (les deux film sont disponibles en français)
  • Visez à ce que des cohortes de membres du personnel terminent les cours à peu près en même temps, afin qu'ils puissent partager l'expérience, même s'ils ne sont pas dans une salle de classe ensemble
  • Encouragez le personnel à identifier de petits objectifs réalisables au fur et à mesure qu'ils terminent leur formation afin qu'ils puissent voir l'impact de l'apprentissage

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Student Access Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use Student Access Information to provide accurate tracking to Users and Clients on completion and use of the courses, as well as for analysis on how to improve our services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, with your employer who needs to verify your completion or progress of your studies.
