Le meilleur des professeurs

C’est en fait une conversation entendue il n’y a pas si longtemps qui a donné à penser au sens de ce récit. Peut-être que le thème présenté vous donnera à penser à une parcelle du quotidien : celui d’un milieu où les gens qui y travaillent sont à implanter des programmes comme IAB/IHAB.

Le sujet discuté lors de ladite conversation : L’éducation ou la transmission des connaissances. Et, l’oreille entend « la méthode socratique », voire la dialectique. Les propos exprimés : l’expert en la matière enseigné et l’expert en enseignement, semblaient valser. D’une perception à l’autre.

Cette conversation m’a rappelé les fous rires déclenchés parmi les participants lors d’une activité de transmission de connaissances et développement des compétences clinique. À savoir une formation à l’enseignement. Autrement dit, une activité consacrée à apprendre à enseigner une technique connue et pratiquée. Prenons l’expression du lait humain en exemple. Et, son offrande, disons, au gobelet. De même que ce thème pourrait donner une suite harmonieuse à l’article de blogue de la semaine dernière faisant allusion à ce type de dispositif usiné.

Dans les circonstances, pour explorer, passons par une activité enseignement-apprentissage où les participants effectuent une démonstration d’habiletés et de compétences en matière d’enseignement de la pratique afin de favoriser le sentiment de confiance ou l’autonomisation chez le parent/la mère. Ce qui semble être d’ailleurs un mode d'apprentissage prisé dans des milieux où les gens sont à implanter des programmes comme IAB/IHAB. Donnant certainement l’occasion de mettre en place des modalités d’accompagnement servant à peaufiner l’apprentissage par le biais de documents-guides[1].

L’activité d’enseignement et d’apprentissage mène, sans doute à appuyer ceux et celles pour qui le rôle est de soutenir et d’accompagner les parents à développer l’autonomie avec la pratique de l’expression manuelle du lait humain ainsi que l’offrande de lait au nourrisson ; communément dénommé « le meilleur des professeurs », entre autres.

Les conversations perçues servent parfois à nourrir les réflexions ; comme la manière dont l’enseignement est enseigné.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
