Retrouver le temps

Si vous êtes comme moi, le temps disponible pour apprendre est bien plus petit que le temps que vous souhaitez. Presque tous les jours, quelque chose apparaît sur mon écran qui semble intéressant. Parfois, je m'inscris même à des cours ou à des événements payants… et puis je n'arrive pas à les terminer ! Bien que de nombreuses organisations aient des plans de développement professionnel individuels pour leur personnel, il peut toujours être intéressant d'avoir votre propre plan personnel, qui pourrait aborder des objectifs d'apprentissage supplémentaires ou des intérêts en dehors de la lactation. Si vous travaillez de manière indépendante dans un cabinet privé ou ailleurs où le soutien au développement professionnel n'est pas solide, il est particulièrement important de créer et de maintenir un plan.

Commencez par un calendrier annuel pour marquer où se trouvent les « temps forts » : les grandes conférences, les heures chargées pour les rapports au travail, les vacances personnelles et tout autre événement prévu qui aura un impact majeur sur vos routines hebdomadaires. Ensuite, en regardant tous les trimestres, ajoutez des événements, des sujets ou des opportunités spécifiques de pratiquer.

Bien sûr, des opportunités de dernière minute surgissent et des « opportunités d'apprendre » ou de pratiquer de nouvelles compétences apparaissent comme un besoin urgent plutôt que comme une séquence soigneusement orchestrée. Il est essentiel de laisser de la place dans le plan pour les ajouts et les modifications, ou vous constaterez bientôt que le plan est laissé pour compte.

Pour beaucoup d'entre nous, le temps pour notre propre apprentissage n'est tout simplement pas là. Planifier à l'avance, que ce soit dans le cadre du plan de votre employeur ou du vôtre, aide à créer et à protéger ce temps d'apprentissage - et vous pouvez commencer un calendrier à n'importe quelle date de l'année.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Student Access Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use Student Access Information to provide accurate tracking to Users and Clients on completion and use of the courses, as well as for analysis on how to improve our services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, with your employer who needs to verify your completion or progress of your studies. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
