Il est typique du mois de février, par la force de la coutume, dans ma région, qu’on se communique, d’une personne à une autre, l’expression de reconnaissance. Cela fait partie des habitudes dans divers milieux, comme à l’école, par exemple. J’ai en souvenir le visage égayé des enfants au moment de telles distributions (des notes ressemblant à des cartes postales, écrites avec des crayons de cire colorés) : De : ABC [classe de___] À : XYZ [classe de___] « J’estime cette qualité chez toi ____. »
L’expression de reconnaissance peut susciter un sentiment de confiance ; on peut se considérer comme un contributeur apprécié du groupe. De plus, la considération peut conduire à un sentiment de camaraderie ; une conception, qui vaut aux groupes de tout âge.
Des groupes tels que les membres d’une unité de soins en périnatalité travaillant ensemble dans le processus de mise en œuvre de l’IHAB/IAB par exemple. Peut-être, une atmosphère empreinte de camaraderie, un endroit où chacun et chacune contribue aux meilleures pratiques pour le plus grand bien de chaque dyade parent-enfant.
Dans cette optique, les membres de l’équipe peuvent, par exemple, utiliser un document d’encadrement clinique destiné aux professionnels et professionnelles de la santé pour fournir des soins aux familles avec lesquelles ils et elles travaillent. Ces directives sont, disons, très appréciées pour leur facilité d’utilisation et leur propriété servant à améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité des services offerts aux familles. L’usage suscite ainsi un sentiment de soutien parmi les cliniciens et les cliniciennes.

Ce soutien peut nourrir le modèle de l’expression de la considération et inciter un groupe à prendre contact avec l’autre par le biais des canaux de communication établis. Cela peut être l’occasion de cultiver la collectivité du travail : une occasion possible d’épandre le sentiment de camaraderie.
