Nous avons apporté des mesures temporaires dans le but de réduire la pression vécue par les facilitateurs et les étudiants. Ceci comprend une prolongation du temps normal de la période d’accès au cours, du temps accordé pour les extensions ou d’une demande de remboursement. Les membres de notre équipe sont déjà déployés sur plusieurs continents et sont des experts dans l’art du travail à la maison, ce qui nous met en excellente position pour soutenir nos clients!
Nous savons que certains étudiants pourraient se retrouver à faire du temps supplémentaire, à être transférés ailleurs ou pourraient tomber eux-mêmes malades dans les prochains mois, c’est pourquoi nous avons prolongé le temps d’inscription pour toutes les nouvelles inscriptions
Nous savons que les facilitateurs ont déjà des horaires très chargés et que la situation ne fait que s’alourdir dans les circonstances actuelles alors nous assouplissons nos règles afin de soutenir les gestionnaires.
Ces mesures ont débuté le 20 mars 2020 et seront en place jusqu’au 30 septembre 2020, date à laquelle nous réévaluerons ces mesures temporaires.
Tout membre du personnel dont l’inscription date du 20 mars ou après recevra automatiquement une prolongation du temps d’accès!
Ces mesures spéciales vont augmenter les demandes sur notre petite mais efficace équipe du service à la clientèle alors nous apprécions votre patience et votre compréhension envers nos services à tous nos client durant ces temps incertains!
